  1. All consultation appointments will be made via an online link provided by MAV Europe.
  2. The consultation fee (€ 100.00 Inclusive) must be paid online if the booking is made via a link provided by MAV Europe.
  3. All participants complete an online liability waiver form when registering for their consultation.
  4. In case of cancellation, a refund of the fees paid is only possible 2 weeks before the consultation appointment.
  5. If a client is unable to attend a scheduled Vaidya consultation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the payment may be credited toward a future consultation if rescheduled within three months of the original appointment. No refunds or credits will be issued or honoured after these three months.
