Return

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the option of returning your order to us without giving any reason.

To do so, you can either use our cancellation form ( § 5 of the Terms and Conditions ), call us on 0800 2297472 or send an
Email to trade@ayurveda.nl

If you wish to return goods or make a complaint at a later date, please fill out the return slip that is on the original delivery note of your shipment and enclose it with the return shipment.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the return shipping costs for customers in Germany if you send the goods via Deutsche Post/DHL to the following address:

Please use the original packaging for the return or pack the item securely in a suitable box. Please include the completed return slip in the package.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a credit note. If you have already paid the invoice amount by this time, we will transfer your credit note.
