What payment options are available?

We offer the following options for your payment:

  • PayPal
  • by credit card

When placing your order, please select your preferred payment method and, if applicable, provide your credit card number.

How long does delivery take?

Immediately after receiving your order, we will ship the items to you using the most economical shipping method, usually via Deutsche Post's parcel service. If all items are in stock, you will receive your delivery within 10 business days at the latest.

What happens to my data?

The data will be stored solely for the purpose of processing your order. It will not be shared with third parties.

What happens if an item is currently out of stock?

We will send the item to you as soon as possible. There will be no additional shipping costs. If we are unable to resend an item promptly, you will receive a notification from us.

I haven't received my delivery yet despite ordering by credit card or PayPal. What's the reason?

If you close the online payment system page quickly after initiating the payment, the data transfer may not be completed. In this case, we will not receive any payment, and the order cannot be delivered. Please check whether your account has actually been debited. If this is the case, please contact our order acceptance department.

Why can't I order from abroad?

Each country has its own legal regulations for shipping food and related product groups. Therefore, most countries have their own distributor for Maharishi Ayurveda products, whose shops are adapted to the national regulations. You can access the most important national shops by clicking on the respective country flag, which you will find in the bottom right corner of every page.
