- 22 kilograms of raw herbs, fruits and other natural ingredients yield one kilogram of the ready-to-consume Rasayana Maharishi Amrit Kalash MA 4.
- Over 3,000 quality-conscious employees have been carefully trained by Maharishi Ayurveda Produkte International to identify herbs and fruits
- correctly in the wild,
- to harvest them at the prescribed time, which can significantly enhance the positive properties of the plants,
- to harvest them in the prescribed manner; for example, the Amalaki fruit must be picked at the correct stage of ripeness, rather than collected from the ground (only with this elaborate, rarely practiced harvesting method is it approved for use in Maharishi Amrit Kalash),
- to process them in such a way that the efficacy and biological intelligence of the plants are preserved,
- to hand-sort them and use only the best qualities.
- Effective antioxidant from pure nature
Maharishi Amrit Kalash contains an exceptionally high concentration of antioxidant substances and surpasses the antioxidant efficacy of well-known antioxidants such as Vitamin C, Beta-Carotene, or Vitamin E many times over.
The pure natural product Maharishi Amrit Kalash contains many different antioxidants that mutually support each other's effects.
The fruit of AMALAKI (lat. Emblica officinalis) alone, which is referred to as the "divine medicinal plant" in Ayurvedic texts, would fill pages if one were to describe only its most important positive properties. HARITAKI (lat. Terminalia Chebula), the second main ingredient of Amrit Kalash, is praised in almost all Ayurvedic textbooks and described by Charaka (classical Ayurvedic author) as "nourishing and useful for everyone like mother's milk."
Amrit Kalash: Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Food Technology
Let us reflect for a moment on the development of an ancient, long-hidden original recipe into the globally available Maharishi Amrit Kalash of consistently high quality. How were the ingredients described thousands of years ago? How were preparation temperatures or harvest times determined? How were potencies or ingredients specified?
Maharishi Ayurveda has done pioneering work in "translating" ancient Ayurvedic texts. Experienced Vaidyas from all over India, doctors, and scientists have been researching the traditional formulas for producing Ayurvedic food supplements for over 30 years. You owe the rich fruits of their labor to the great Ayurvedic sages, whose traditions were written down precisely and systematically and have often been confirmed with modern scientific methods.

How Amrit Kalash, the "Nectar of Immortality," came into the world.
A brief mythical tale ...
To prevent misfortune and disease from dominating the world, the Devas (the positive forces) together with the Asuras (the negative forces) decided to churn the Ocean of Milk to bring forth Amrit, the "Nectar of Immortality." When the ocean finally began to foam, it brought forth many treasures until, at last, Dhanvantari emerged from it, the patron deity of Ayurveda, with a Kalash (vessel) containing the Amrit.
... with an impact that continues to this day
The famous myth of Amrit, as fully transmitted in the Vedic Puranas, allegorically describes the human journey of development towards self-realization. According to Ayurveda, this is a state of perfect health. Therefore, it is of great importance for contemporary Ayurvedic practice. It means much more than the absence of illness, namely a perfect balance in body, mind, and soul.
