2 x täglich 1 Tablette mit warmer Milch oder warmem Wasser. 2 Tabletten täglich enthält: Eisen 32 mg (229% der Referrenzmenge).

Eisen trägt zu einer normalen kognitiven Funktion bei, zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel, zur normalen Bildung von roten Blutkörperchen und Hämoglobin sowie einem normalen Sauerstofftransport im Körper, einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems und Verringerung von Müdigkeit und Ermüdung.
