 Your nose is running, your throat is scratchy, and your voice is failing you. Maintaining a healthy upper respiratory tract is an important health issue, especially during the cold season.
 The main ingredient of this product, Tulsi (Ocimum santum, Holy Basil), has hot and spicy properties according to Ayurveda. It reduces Vata and Kapha, loosens mucus, and thus strengthens the respiratory tract. Tulsi is supported by other herbs and bamboo manna, whose beneficial effects on the respiratory tract have also long been recognized in Ayurveda (see note).
