Triphala is one of the most famous Ayurvedic recipes, which consists of a combination of three fruits: Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki.

To make Triphala Guggulu, Triphala is combined with the fragrant resin of Indian myrrh (guggulu) and pippali. This formulation is an even stronger version of Triphala. It contains all six flavors.

Triphala Guggulu reduces and warms Kapha. Ayurvedic experts (vaidyas) recommend it for various conditions.
