Ayurveda & Happiness: 10 tips for your happiness upgrade!
Do you sometimes wonder how lucky you really are? In a world full of challenges and uncertainties, it's important...

People with a high Pitta content should stick to fixed meal times if possible.
For Pitta types, well-cooked foods with cooling properties are ideal. Ghee also supports their dosha balance.
When it comes to spices, Pitta types should pay particular attention to sweet, bitter, and astringent flavors. Mild spices such as fennel, coriander, cardamom, cumin, turmeric, cloves, saffron, cinnamon, and Pitta churna are ideal.
To balance their fiery Pitta, Pitta types should always drink plenty of water—preferably at room temperature, not cold. Pitta tea cools from within.
As a fiery Pitta type, you should avoid excessive heat and stay in the shade in summer. If it does get hot, lukewarm water—as a bath or drink—provides the necessary cooling.
Sweet and cooling scents dampen excess pitta. Aroma oils containing rose oil, mint, and sandalwood are particularly suitable for room fragrance.
Cool, muted, calm, soft, gentle, and earthy colors support the dosha balance of Pitta types particularly well. Examples include blue, gray, and white.
People with a pronounced Pitta dosha respond very well to regular oil massages with warm coconut oil or Pitta massage oil .
For Pitta types, it's especially important to go to bed early (by 10 p.m.) and maintain a good work-life balance. Yoga, pranayama (yoga breathing exercises), and meditation can help with this.
Walks in the woods, along rivers or lakes, and light, entertaining activities are particularly beneficial for Pitta types. Whether at work or in their free time, Pitta types should ensure regular rest periods in everything they do.
