Raja's Cup Biscuits
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add butter in pieces, sugar, and vanilla. Depending on taste, mix 2-3 tablespoons of Raja's Cup with 2 tablespoons of boiling water and knead everything into a smooth dough.
Roll out, cut out cookies, and bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 180°C for 6 to 8 minutes.
For a glaze, mix Sharkara sugar and water until smooth and spread it over the cookies.
Our Tip:
You can easily vary the recipe according to your taste. If you don't like it too sweet, use a smaller amount of sugar for the dough and do not cover the cookies with the glaze, but simply sprinkle Shakara sugar over them like powdered sugar. For a stronger "coffee" flavor, you can also increase the amount of Raja's Cup to 4 tablespoons.
